临汾市法显文化研究会，英文译名为Fa-hsien Culture Institute of Linfen，英文缩写为FCILF。于2018年6月11日依法注册成立，会址设在临汾市尧都区解放西路51号，审批机关是临汾市民政局。
临汾市法显文化研究会（以下简称本会）业务主管单位是临汾市文旅局，根据<中共临汾市文化局机关委员会>（临文党发[2018]15号）文件选举成立了党支部。本会是由热爱法显文化、弘扬法显精神的单位和个人自愿结成的地方性、联合性、非营利性的社会团体。
本会宗旨：遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，践行社会主义核心价值观，遵守社会道德风尚；加强法显文化研究、促进法显文化和“一带一路”的结合推广活动；创建交流合作平台，做中国优秀传统文化的传播者。
业务范围：开展法显文化研究，组织学术交流活动，以期刊、图书、影音及网络视听等方式进行出版发行和宣传，借助法显文化推动临汾文化和旅游产业发展；举办公益讲座、专家论坛、书画笔会、报告会、巡回演讲及相关展览活动；促进国际交流，对接“一带一路”文化项目合作。
本会于2018年5月25日举行了第一届第一次会员代表大会，大会审议通过了《临汾市法显文化研究会章程》草案，并选举产生了临汾市法显文化研究会第一届理事、常务理事、秘书长、副会长、会长。

Fa-hsien Culture Institute of Linfen
Introduction
Approved by Linfen Civil Affairs Bureau, Fa-hsien Culture Institute of Linfen (abbreviated as FCILF) was incorporated in accordance with the law on June 11, 2018, which is located at No. 51, Jiefang West Road, Yaodu District, Linfen City.
With Linfen Cultural Affairs Bureau as its competent business authority, Fa-hsien Culture Institute of Linfen (hereinafter referred to as the Institute) has established a Party Branch by election according to the document of ‘Linfen Cultural Affairs Bureau Organ Committee of the Communist Party of China’ (LIN WEN DANG FA [2018] No. 15). The Institute is a local, united and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by units and individuals who love Fa-hsien culture and carry forward Fa-hsien spirit.
The purpose of the Institute: to abide by the constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, practice the core values of socialism, and observe social moralities; to strengthen the study of Fa-hsien culture, and promote the combination of Fa-hsien culture and “The Belt and Road Initiative” for promotion campaign; to create an exchange and cooperation platform and be the communicator of China’s excellent traditional culture.
Scope of business: to carry out research on Fa-hsien culture, organize academic exchange activities, publish and disseminate in the form of periodicals, books, audio-visual and online audio-visual, etc., and promote the development of Linfen culture and tourism industry with the help of Fa-hsien culture; hold public welfare lectures, expert forums, painting and calligraphy pen meetings, seminars, lecture tours and relevant exhibition activities; promote international exchanges and coordinate the cooperation on “The Belt and Road Initiative” cultural programs.
On May 25, 2018, the Institute held the first session of the first member congress, which deliberated and passed the draft of Articles of Association of Fa-hsien Culture Institute of Linfen, and elected its first Director, Standing Director, Secretary General, Vice President and President.

In accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Communist Party of China, the Institute has established the organization of the Communist Party of China and the Party branch, and carried out Party-building work under the guidance of the Party Building Guidance Organs of Social Organizations.
Under the guidance of Linfen Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Institute will certainly adapt to the new situation and new requirements, and build a platform and provide good services for all those who are interested in the study of Fa-hsien culture. The Institute will devote itself to research and make achievements bravely under the banner of promoting the Fa-hsien culture!
